⁠HR & Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Manage and monitors payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly salary payment.
  • Administer of employment contracts, confirmation, employee movement and employee leaves.
  • Responsible to handle director personal income tax.
  • Coordinate the entire performance appraisal systems of employees.
  • Provide HR relevant reports as and when required.
  • Support general office administrative tasks (bill utilities, employees claim & company motor vehicles, etc).
  • Monitoring for the foreign workers permit renewal, Insurance and other related task
  • Administer company compensation & benefit such as medical insurance, incentive, etc.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Communicate with others department regarding HR related issue.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from management & staff with promptness and accuracy.
  • Maintain all the data accurately and in confidential.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
