HR & Admin Executive
Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Manage and monitors payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly salary payment.
Administer of employment contracts, confirmation, employee movement and employee leaves.
Responsible to handle director personal income tax.
Coordinate the entire performance appraisal systems of employees.
Provide HR relevant reports as and when required.
Support general office administrative tasks (bill utilities, employees claim & company motor vehicles, etc).
Monitoring for the foreign workers permit renewal, Insurance and other related task
Administer company compensation & benefit such as medical insurance, incentive, etc.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Communicate with others department regarding HR related issue.
Handle administrative requests and queries from management & staff with promptness and accuracy.
Maintain all the data accurately and in confidential.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
