Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in the ICT industry.
At least Diploma / Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology.
To assist with installing and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, ad-hoc application systems and other hardware and software.
To support and maintain Autocount POS system for the troubleshooting and reporting purposes
To provide immediate technical support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues availability and reliability.
Perform regular hardware checks on end-users’ computers to ensure that everything is running smoothly and in compliance with expected standards.
To follow up with the maintenance department on networking and any other tasks needed for the IT.
