  • Create standards and procedures for developers to follow
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
  • Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Assessing industrial processes and taking measurements and data

  • Designing and running process simulations, performing risk assessment testing to eliminate time and cost constraints

  • Assessing compliance and adherence to safety and quality standards and reporting to higher management about their findings and proposals
  • Project Management: NPI engineers oversee and collaborate with Marketing team to lead the entire product introduction process, from initial concept to final production. They create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure products are introduced on schedule and within budget.
  • Prototype Development: Coordinate the creation of prototypes to test and validate the design. This may involve selecting the right materials and manufacturing processes to build functional prototypes. To follow up and validate the effectiveness of the new tool development and sample development.
  • Process Development: Work on developing the refining the optimized manufacturing processes. This includes selecting the appropriate manufacturing methods, tooling, jigs and fixtures. Optimize these processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in the NPI process and develop contingency plans to address them.
  • Monitor and coordinate planner for the production plan to internal operation and to sub-con partners. Manage to understand the daily operation condition and work together with planners for any coordination whenever needed.
  • Liaise with customer (email and verbal) for the shipment plan and forecast plan.
  • To participate in new project that lead by Marketing Manager.
  • To response on customers’ new/modification requirement. He/She will issue ECR (Engineering Change Report) to the Engineering Department after confirmation from Marketing Manager/Marketing Manager. All the ECR needs to be acknowledged by internal operations and filed under ISO requirements.
  • Conduct and prepare yearly ISO requirements’ documents (Customer Satisfaction Survey form, Contract Review, Customer Property Master List, Sample Test Run Request Form, Quality Objectives)
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain an organized and controlled document management system for all documents related to quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations, including policies, procedures, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Document Review and Approval: Facilitate the review and approval process for QMS and EHS documents. Ensure that documents are reviewed by relevant personnel, updated when necessary, and approved for use.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that QMS documents are designed to support quality control, and EHS documents are designed to support safety and environmental compliance.
  • Safety Equipment: Ensure that safety equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and first aid supplies are available and properly maintained. Manage the procurement and distribution of safety equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate safety records and documentation, including incident reports, safety training records, and safety policies and procedures.
  • To monitor workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies and government safety regulations.
  • Responsible pertaining to policy development, safety inspections, safety training and compliance with the federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration, commonly known as OHSAS.

  • Develop, administer and maintain quality assurance procedures and activities required to ensure that the company’s processes and product. are in compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements.
  • Employ quality assurance methodologies in support of engineering, manufacturing and regulatory functions.
  • Develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures for receipt and control of incoming materials, in-process materials and final product acceptance activities.
  • Participate in the review of product requirements, design requirements, software requirements specifications, and functional specification
  • Should exhibit the ability to evaluate requirements for testability, design efficient test cases, and write extensive technical documentation.
  • Monitoring the implementation effectiveness for elimination of Hazardous Substances.
  • To lead Internal & External Audit for RoHS Compliance,ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and Management Review meeting.
  • Coordinates daily activities within the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Department.
  • Assist in the development of instructions and/or procedures for inspection, testing and evaluation.
  • Devises sampling procedures, supervises the design of forms for recording quality checks and preparation of instruction for these procedures.
  • May establish programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production and processing equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical facilities.
  • May conduct training programs and write training manuals on quality control activities.
  • Investigates practices, procedures, and perform internal quality systems audits to determine quality standards and whether these standards are being met.
  • Conduct quality meetings in which quality information is presented to management and supervisors.
  • Recommend and work with management in appropriate disposition method for non-conforming product.
  • Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of a quality system that complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed and maintain databases.
  • Communicate quality systems progress and objectives to company personnel.
  • May train or arrange training for personnel in the development of quality methods and procedures.
  • Confers with engineers about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured products to help prevent and rectify problems.
  • Supervises and directs personnel in performing operations according to sound operating principles and company policies and procedures.
  • Handles variety of customer issues related to Quality issues. May have to make on-site customer visit to resolve issue(s).
  • Along with other Quality Control Personnel involved in First Piece, PAPPs, Layouts, Calibration, etc.
  • May perform source inspections and/or surveys, involving visits to a supplier’s facility to evaluate adherence to the company’s quality requirements for products or systems.
  • Works along with the Purchasing Team, to assist in developing and maintaining suppliers, including supplier Quality issues.
  • Collaborates in such things as the improvement of production methods and equipment, the improvements of standards of quality.
  • Reduce product rejection rate.
  • Liaise with customer on matters related to quality.
  • Conduct internal quality audit on the quality system if necessary.
  • Conduct training for other department staffs on quality related matters if necessary.
  • Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.

  • Production executive responsible in determining the best use of resources to meet production goals, at the same time, improving the effectiveness of manufacturing processes.
  • Responsible for Cycle time/WIP Days/Output/Shipment/Quality/ Productivity related metrics.
  • Work with Production team to define execution/action-plan to meet goals.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
  • Work with Engineers and Operational Analyst to improve productivity of resources, reducing waste.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering to ensure ramp-readiness of new product releases.
  • Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformists relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
  • Represent production team in cross functional improvement programs and work collaboratively with Engineering/Equipment Engineering in the PMT (Process Management Team) structure to drive continual manufacturing improvement.
  • Responsible for development/training plan of shift crew.
  • Drive the Small Group Activities (SGA) to improve throughput, quality and 6S through ground level engagement.
  • Work with other production managers to maximize total throughput and maintain seamless hand-shake of action-plan.
  • Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.

  • Oversight of the manual and robotic welding operations and stamping operation.
  • Perform other job functions deem necessary by Management.
  • Proven experience and certified welders in TIG, GMAW & GTAW.
  • Assist engineer in preparation of first article for submission to customers.
  • To liaise with production personnel’s or customers on quality related matters.
  • To be in charge of documentation needed for first article.
  • To carry out first article inspection using CMM Machine, profile projector, and any others equipment.
  • Internal calibration of equipment recording calibration result.
  • Prepare internal calibration procedure.
  • Maintain of calibration record.
  • Carry out gauge repeatability and CPK Study.
  • Carry out SPC & MSA.
  • Perform other job deem necessary by management.
  • To maintain, upgrade, installing and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, ad-hoc application system, limited support on server and other hardware / software.           
  • To support and maintain on daily I.T activities.
  • To provide immediate technical support to end-users.
  • To handle external vendors support and services, sourcing for hardware and software.
  • To follow up with maintenance dept. on networking and any others task needed for the I.T.
