Open Positions

  • To maintain, upgrade, installing and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, ad-hoc application system, limited support on server and other hardware / software.
  • To support and maintain on daily I.T activities.
  • To provide immediate technical support to end-users.
  • To handle external vendors support and services, sourcing for hardware and software.
  • To follow up with maintenance dept. on networking and any others task needed for the I.T. Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Production executive responsible in determining the best use of resources to meet production goals, at the same time, improving the effectiveness of manufacturing processes.
  • Responsible for Cycle time/WIP Days/Output/Shipment/Quality/ Productivity related metrics.
  • Work with Production team to define execution/action-plan to meet goals.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
  • Work with Engineers and Operational Analyst to improve productivity of resources, reducing waste.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering to ensure ramp-readiness of new product releases.
  • Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
  • Represent production team in cross functional improvement programs and work collaboratively with Engineering/Equipment Engineering in the PMT (Process Management Team) structure to drive continual manufacturing improvement.
  • Responsible for development/training plan of shift crew.
  • Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success.
  • Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.
  • Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution.
  • Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
  • Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
  • Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.
  • May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.
  • Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.
  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.
  • Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
  • Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.
  • Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.
  • To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork.
  • Coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance the company’s Quality, Environmental & Occupational, Health & Safety Management System.
  • Assistant Manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Liaises with sales division to determine customer requirements
  • Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.
  • Work with other planning officer’s / process owners on issues in Material Control.
  • Responsible for delivery planning & logistic matters.
  • Understand manufacturing capacities and capabilities with production.
  • Update daily output and tracking and perform daily back flush/ finished good document.
  • Check material availability before planning and advise accordingly.
  • Monitors project’s progress to ensure it’s following the schedule.
  • Organises project paperwork, including purchase orders, and maintains records.
  • Check the order status and update if have any issue.
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.
  • To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork.
  • Coordination between all other departments in achieving the compliance the company’s Quality, Environmental & Occupational, Health & Safety Management System.
  • QA Engineers are responsible for identifying technical issues and getting to the root of the problem, too, and also proactively recommend solutions that’ll improve product durability and overall performance.
  • Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
  • Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements.
  • Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
  • Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
  • Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.
  • Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes.
  • Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order).
  • Review current blueprints and quality documentation.
  • Set and track quality assurance goals.
  • Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
  • Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
  • Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.
