Through this fruitful partnership, we have introduced the Ail-SLDN program “Academic & information literacy (AIL)” and Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN), an incentivized opportunity for employees to develop their skills and knowledge while actively working within the company. This program is widely recognized as an on-the-job training certified initiative.

The Ail-SLDN program empowers our employees by allowing them to acquire new competencies and refine existing ones.
